She has 3 sons and 1 daughter (eldest child, got married at the age of 16). Then she married her first 2 sons. Everything was going well. First 2 sons earned well and took all the responsibility of the family. The patient was free from every responsibility. One of her sons was addicted to alcohol, he got divorced due to alcohol addiction. During the divorce the patient had to face humiliation. It was not my fault, those people should not have spoken to me like that, wrong was done to me. She blames her son for everything. There was one daughter in law in the house as both sons worked in another city. She does not talk to one of her daughter in law, as she does not work according to her. She managed everything without her husband but now she feels useless as everything she had built is getting destroyed and no one in the house listens to her. The youngest son, who does nothing, drinks alcohol and abuses everyone. There is no peace at home. Now she always thinks that I should die or leave from here. She always finds faults in others, criticizes them and talks angrily. She argues a lot, she wants to dominate the situation. But no one respects her words. Right now she is in a state of giving up. Now I don’t want to fight, I don’t want to argue. Let anyone do whatever they want to do, I just want to get rid of this disease. Analysis of the case: Rubrics: Repertorization: Repertorial Result: Ars. Staph. Sulph. Rx: Ars 200 one dose with 1week SL.

What happen with him lets discuss. At the end of July his wife went to her mother’s house without his permission and she deny to came back. then he went to her and discuss what is the matter. he went with her daughter and son. Situation 01: His wife told him that she has an extra marital affair with someone from 10years. she gives the valid reasons that he never give her respect and time what she want at the time of pregnancy and in other situations. he never take stand for her in front of his parents. She was ready to move with someone else, they were rented a house, she don’t care about her children’s. Reaction (what he did?): But the patient handle the situation and pardon again and again, and promise her for everything what she want. he talk to her boyfriend too, and request him to leaver his wife, and finally they came back to home. He decide to never disclose this matter in front of his family, because then the matter spread in the society and he will feel embarrassment. Situation 02: Then after 10 days he comes to know that about 30 lac jwellery is missed from the locker. in starting he don’t tell anyone in the family, because he knew that everyone point out his wife, but i suggest him to tell his father because they were business partner. I counsel him in that situation and he came out after 15days and he decide to handle this financial crisis alone without his family support, because no one came to help while he helped his both brothers in his businesses and studies. Now what he wants: Now the situation is that he is unable to sleep, he feels alone, he needs support but no one there for him. he is emotionally damaged from his wife. his wife don’t want to come near. they only sleep in a bedroom but emotionally detached. he wants his wife, care his like before but she would not. he feels what he is doing and for whom. he helped everyone but in this situation he is all alone. he feels his wife betrayed him. in future she will leave him. he suffers silently; silent grief. he was weeping during this confession. he wants, his wife come to him and touch him like before, cuddle him, love him, he needs emotional support. Even after all these circumstances, he brings her wife to me for her counselling. he wants to forget what she did with him. he cares about her a lot. Then i again analyze whole case and prescribe a remedy. Rubrics: Prescription: PHOS 200/ 3dose on every 10min. A Cured Case of Abdominal Migraine Triggered by Academic Stress

Abstract Abdominal migraine is a functional gastrointestinal disorder often observed in children and adolescents. Stress, particularly academic pressure, is a major precipitating factor. This case study highlights the successful management of a 15-year-old female patient suffering from abdominal migraine with individualized homeopathic treatment. Case Presentation A 15-year-old girl presented with severe abdominal pain and migraine for the last six months. Despite extensive investigations and medical consultations, no pathological cause was found. History revealed: Diagnosis Pathophysiology Repertorization & Remedy Selection Rubrics considered: Prescription Outcome Conclusion This case demonstrates the strong mind-body connection in abdominal migraine and the effectiveness of individualized homeopathy in stress-induced functional disorders. Treating both emotional and physical dimensions was key to her recovery.

Title: A Cured Case of Psoriasis Emerging After Tuberculosis Treatment

Subtitle: How Homeopathy Addressed a Complex Autoimmune Response Where Conventional Medicine Hit a Wall Psoriasis is widely understood as an autoimmune condition, where an over-reactive immune system leads to painful inflammation and rapid skin cell growth. While conventional medicine often states there is no cure, only management, homeopathy operates on a different principle: to find and treat the root cause of the imbalance. The following case of a patient with tuberculosis who developed severe psoriasis is a powerful testament to this approach. The Patient’s Background: A Cascade of Health Challenges In January 2025, the patient, a chronic smoker, was diagnosed with pulmonary tuberculosis. He exhibited all the classic clinical symptoms and began a standard course of allopathic treatment. His medical history was already complex, marked by several major surgeries for gastrointestinal perforation, appendicitis, and a hip abscess. This history of significant physical stress on the body is a crucial detail often relevant to understanding a patient’s overall susceptibility. The Crisis: A Sudden and Severe Outbreak After two months of TB treatment, the patient’s body was suddenly engulfed by a severe skin eruption. His entire torso and limbs were covered with bright red, itchy rashes topped with silvery scalesโ€”the unmistakable signature of psoriasis. He returned to his allopathic doctors, who confirmed the diagnosis. However, after 20 days of targeted treatment, his condition did not improve; in fact, it grew worse day by day. Frustrated and suffering, he sought homeopathic intervention. The Homeopathic Challenge: Finding the Key in a Complex Picture This case presented a unique challenge. The patient was slow, sluggish, and had great difficulty understanding and responding to detailed questioningโ€”a common and important symptom in itself. His illiteracy and cognitive state made a traditional, in-depth case-taking process nearly impossible. I had to rely heavily on the clear physical symptoms and the striking timeline of events: This sequence strongly suggested that the psoriasis was not a separate disease, but a manifestation of a deeply disturbed vital force. The immune system, already burdened by TB and further challenged by the anti-TB drugs, had redirected its energy into a severe inflammatory skin response. The Homeopathic Solution and The Result Based on the totality of the symptomsโ€”the history of suppuration (abscess), the severe psoric eruption, and the characteristic mental sluggishnessโ€”a well-selected homeopathic remedy was prescribed. The results were swift and definitive. The patient, who had found no relief in other treatments, began to heal. Within just three months, the psoriasis was completely cured. The red, scaly patches receded, the itching stopped, and his skin returned to normal. This was achieved without suppressing the symptoms, but by guiding his body back to a state of balance. Conclusion: Treating the Patient, Not Just the Disease This case illustrates a fundamental principle of homeopathy: we treat the individual, not just the diagnostic label. While he had two distinct diseasesโ€”Tuberculosis and Psoriasisโ€”homeopathy saw them as interconnected expressions of his body’s internal imbalance. By carefully analyzing the patient’s entire history, his physical constitution, and his mental state, a single homeopathic remedy was able to address the core disruption. This allowed his body to resolve the violent psoric outbreak while continuing to manage the underlying tuberculosis. It serves as a powerful reminder that even in the most complex cases, where conventional options are exhausted, homeopathy can offer a gentle, deep-acting, and curative path to health.
