A chronic autoimmune disease where the body’s immune system mistakenly attacks healthy tissues and organs, leading to inflammation and damage. SLE can affect various parts of the body, including the skin, joints, kidneys, heart, lungs, brain, and other organs.

CASE OF A FEMALE (70YRS OLD)๐๐ก๐๐ซ๐๐๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐ ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
- Mouth ulcer during covid. Lips and oral cavity with burning pain and bright red bleeding. Allopathy treatment improved the condition 95%.
- After 6months white patches on head with slight pain and itching then permanent hair fall form patches.
- Now from 1week severe pain in oral cavity, food intake stopped due to ulceration.
- Constipation: 1-2 days gap.
- Insomnia: due to pain.

Life Situation of Patient:

There was one daughter in law in the house as both sons worked in another city. She does not talk to one of her daughter in law, as she does not work according to her.
She managed everything without her husband but now she feels useless as everything she had built is getting destroyed and no one in the house listens to her.
The youngest son, who does nothing, drinks alcohol and abuses everyone. There is no peace at home.
Now she always thinks that I should die or leave from here. She always finds faults in others, criticizes them and talks angrily. She argues a lot, she wants to dominate the situation. But no one respects her words. Right now she is in a state of giving up. Now I don’t want to fight, I don’t want to argue. Let anyone do whatever they want to do, I just want to get rid of this disease.

- Staph: Rule out because she argues for everything. She donโt want to talk to her daughter in law. Staph. is soft spoken and donโt want any discords around her. She wants to resolve arguments from her own side.
- Sulph: Rule out because patient is chilly, Sulph. is hot. The eruptions of Sulph. is not deep like the patient. Patientโs eruptions are excoriating, bleeding and severe burning pain due to which she is unable to sleep and eat.
Rx:
Ars 200 one dose with 1week SL.
